I seem to have forgotten the path
Blurry thoughts when I lay in my night
It happens when I get lost in your past
I try so hard to hold on to the light

I know well that I should sleep more
That this is taking the best of me

When I follow the dark flower girl
Towards the altar of memory
We walk on a road made of marble
In floating dress and bare feet

On a winter morning I was sent a rainbow
It was carrying all the world’s beauty
Enlightened my face with a souvenir glow
Until I understood the true meaning of we
