I can see the miracle and the ordinary things
I have learned to celebrate what each new morning brings
Because jesus touches common lives in such uncommon ways
And when it comes to living these are the glory days
These are glory days of mercy these are glory days of grace
When the blessing and the blessed come together face to face
Yes i know, this isn't heaven, there is sorrow there is strife
But just knowing i'm forgiven makes it the glory days of life
To some it is the goof old days
They can't believe are gone
To others, it's the future that keeps them pressing on
But i take joy in knowing all the sweet and loving ways
God just keeps on blessing me
