I.CRUEL LAND There was a man quite ahead of this time Who had a wide vision of life But no one understood those eyes Across the ages he saw people being killed Because of their creeds and race Wasted young blood The scenary changes but the plot is the same Arhenas and ruthless but games Stupid men placing themselves over the gods How many times should have prophets and messiahs come To be crucified or burn in "holy" fire? He just could not stand the mistreatments of that cruel land And he gave up the fight... for a while he gave up the fight So this man had decided to walk away He just got the way of living alone II. A MATTER OF TIME But before he left he spread some seeds away Cause he knew they would bud by the end of the crying rain Washed by the dew, white flowers will shine After the night there will always be sunrise...sunrise Just a matter of time III.TIME GOES BY IV.DAYBREAK As the wind blew the flutes of the time Songs of change reached his ears Only the songs of the good will remain Instead of screams and cries of outside he heard before Now after thousands of years He can leave his cave and see the seeds are growing They exchanged the shades for the light While there's faith there's hope The dream's not over And he's a man on the street just like you and me (So) why can't we take part in that play? Each one of us got a whole world inside But so far we've been insulated universes Wide open windows of heart And the knowledge flows all through the needy souls Only a man on the street… a man on the street "Save your precious time"
