Miserere Luminis

Birth of New Ages

Miserere Luminis

Pillars of the world fall down
As the sky once bright as a million suns
Shatters like a planet into dust
Darkness sleeping from outer space...

I have seen what no eyes could see
I saw a world crumble down
And death infecting the stars
And sick light flow into your eyes

I saw oceans of the blackest ashes
And the sun crushing it's mechanism
It's light swallowed in a whirl of darkness
Leaving a dead, cold and sterile ground

Aeons old, seraphs fell from their thrones
Downward in absolute emptiness
Wails resounded like a horrid symphony

With secrets unbeknownst I fall
And anywhere out of this world
Let me fade out
