Bitter Dreams

Luis Wasques

Sometimes, I dream about tomorrow
There's a place with no bad rule to follow
Everybody is happy 'cause they are not the same

War and plague are only in the books now
No starving for children is the first law
But the clock is ringing, it's a bitter end

Bitter dreams are coming out of nowhere
It's not real and real is what they should seem
Bitter dreams, tell me why the good is bad?
I'm wondering about my bitter dreams

No people arguing on religion
No psychos dying and killing millions
All I see is men's goodness on command

When I dream, I know this is the big deal
But it's bad, it's bitter 'cause is not real
I wish I could spend my life on this dreamland

Bitter dreams are coming out of nowhere
It's not real and real is what they should seem
Bitter dreams, tell me why the good is bad?
I'm wondering about my bitter dreams

I know somehow I travel to another world, another side

Bitter dreams, tell me why the good is bad
