So Far, So Good

Duncan Bryan

Sundays are easy, you get the fire of God in your eyes.
The time-out is breezy, you feel the energy on the rise.
He's got you're undivided attention,
Now you've got power to burn.
In all, it's been a very good day.

So far, so good,
I can't believe how good You've been for me, Lord.
So far, so good,
You give me everything I need to face the night.

Mondays come early, you find yourself back in the lions' den.
You find out in a hurry you need the power all over again.
So give your undivided attention,
It's not a bad time to pray.
Now God has taken over again.

Woh!

So far, so good,
I can't believe how good You've been for me, Lord.
So far, so good,
You give me everything I need to face the night.
So far, so good.

Holy livin' is a daily thing,
It takes you every day of the week.
You'll have the joy, you'll forget the pain,
And God will give you power to speak,
And you'll say . . .

So far, so good,
I can't believe how good You've been for me, Lord.
So far, so good,
You give me everything I need to face the night.
So far, so good,
I'm sayin', "So far, You've been so good!"
Oh!
I can't believe how good You've been for me, Lord!
You give me everything, You give me everything!
So far, so good.
Oh, yeah!
I can't believe it, no no!
You've been so good!
