Die Warzau

All Good Girls

Die Warzau

Daddy's little girl, she had bright blue eyes
She was just 13, jacks and Barbie doll wise
She had everything she wanted
Material magical bold curiosity
Sometimes a father's touch means security
And some eyes no longer open

Today it rained all day - she had to stay inside
She wrote a magic symphony in her little girl's mind
And she was the dancer
She was spinning slowly trying hard to hear
There was a tiny gold dress
And a big stuffed bear sitting by the bedside
It held a little note - it said don't turn away
It's time to sing for daddy time to play my way
And she closed her eyes...

Daddy's little girl, she had bright blue eyes
She was just 17, jeans and chocolate cake wise
As she wrote her note
Material magical bold curiosity
Sometimes a father's touch means security
Then she closed her eyes...

Shine, shine
Shine pretty baby
Shine, shine
Shine pretty girl
All good girls go to heaven
