Besargian

Doom What Thou Wilt

Besargian

Within the darkness, a hooded man
carrying the cross, to his end
Watch him walking, across the plain
into the circle, he shall remain

What he has done, I won't forgive
judgment has passed, he cannot live
No wooden casket, for this knave
just cursed soil, may he be brave

...of what I've done, I am least proud
to take his life, and mine, enshroud
For such pitance, I carry here
this shameful demon, of doubt, and fear

His words now haunt me, his final thought
he did forgive me, of what I'd brought
With this weight, I can't go on
my name, be Judas, I am his son
