Urskumug

Urskumug

Urskumug

I`m with a frightened wrinkled face
I`m reading an ancient book of true belief
That only the chosen ones can understand.
The entry lets the moonlight shine,
Candles burnt out long ago.
The dusk dawns upon the altar cave
Lost souls fly around me
Their screams are the stiffening voices of monsters
So abandoned, so lonely and dark.
Small and helpless I am surrounded by demons
The only guards are wolves and the Old wizard.
Silence surrounds them, a spoken word falls down and breaks into pieces.
Fire flashes between the sacred stones,
The dark disappears in the flames.
It's time to bless me to be wizard.
The firstborn is awake again to bless
The New wizard,
He's been long asleep,
At last it's time for his sacred task.
The moon shines brighter than the Sun in daylight,
The firstborn (Urskumug) says a word
That causes a storm,
The small child dies in flames
And the first born is reborn
