Without hesitation prepared for the fight

Contamination - took us away
From our families and from our home

We knew the burden we would have to bear
In our sanctuary now, nothing's left to share

The only left from a chosen few
To defend humanity
Ticking off the checklist of insanity
On the surface, orphaned land
Wasted for eternity
Trapped in the womb of the earth
In my coffin of doom I am going insane
Helpless witness to war and destruction
Keeping my eyes on mankind's decay
Long ago I lost the sense of time
This underground fortress became my refuge
Out of reach of the spreading disease
On the road to perdition my valiant companions
One by one found the trail of relief
