Deathless man alone cry out
Amongst deathless gods

Civilisation

Obscure lives interred
Godless galaxies

Ashes cast to void

Glimmering fragments
Of obsidian spheres geodesic
Lost shrines to the absent gods’
Scoliotic forgotten testaments
Tumbling through expansive space-time
I sign a song without tune or rhyme
A feeble insect suffering
Endlessly
I have been drifting!
Forsaken and forgotten
By a dying universe
Dreaming, waiting
Falling through space and time
Entropy
Release me
Fade out! Burn out! Fade out! Burn out!
Die out!
Succumb to nothing
At the edge of an ever – expanding sea
Beneath heaven’s waves
I breathe deep
