We landed without knowing
The blessings that You had reserved for us
We had our expectations
But they were superseded by Your plans
We witnessed how you multiplied
The gifts we brought with us as we arrived

The rooster crowed and we knew it was time

You gave us strength to make it through the day
Your power was perfected in
The limitations we all shared within
Although much barriers we faced
You helped us overcome each one of them
We are called to proclaim Jesus' love

We've been taking from darkness to light

But to spread the Word of Christ
We listened to their stories
And empathized with every word they said
But even without knowing
They taught us lessons that we won't forget
How their restrictions actually freed them
From distractions that this life can bring
Cause all the spare time they had left
They use ir to reach out and save a man
