Of Mist and Shadows

This dark forest
Does this heart keep?
In a darkened night
Cold winds awakens sleep

The Nordic moon
Upon sullen eyes
Blackened night
Forsaken soul dies

In the frost I lay
Abandoned soul to die
In a haze of memories
I lament to the night�s sky

Forsaken�
I walk upon valleys of endless time
I wait�
In eternal rest so sublime
In solitude�
Scarlet tears fall from my face
I die�
Alone in this blackened place
