Orchid Unknown

Joshua Alo

Would it be a shame to be
Non equivalent to how I am in my dreams
By only following the stars while they shine at night
And giving up the course at sunrise when I lose sight?
I know I must keep up the faith and pure intensions
Oh lord, help me to sight your holy guiding light
And hold my head up high as I reach through this struggle and strife
Because it's so easy to lose control when I do not reap what I sow no
But as an orchid unknown to mankind
Still intertwined will always reach for the sky

In this walk of life I know it’s not about who is the fittest of the fit
To have a goal is one thing and it’s another
To actually do something about it
The roads are clear the signs are there
The only thing weighing us down is our fear of ourselves
And still we must keep up the faith and pure intensions

Oh lord, help us to sight your holy guiding light
And hold our heads up high as we reach through this struggle and strife
Because it's so easy to lose control when we do not reap what we sow no
But as an orchid unknown to mankind
Still intertwined will always reach for the sky
I once read a quote in total relevance, anonymously said…
“Deep in the thoughts of mankind lies a bliss funnel of idioms
Which are open to the world by means of his own courage
And he must navigate them with his own heart”
