Forefather

One Blood And One Bone

Forefather

I see in your eyes the same fear that would bury me
But together our resilience multiplies, a whirlwind of energy
A synchronised, implacable war-machine, petty fueds aside
Pressing forth, with the might of the rising sun, shield-walls collide

For glittering gold our oneness we sold
Divided we fade as darkness awaits

One, blood, bone
One blood and one bone

Drive apart the enemy, spread them far and wide
Break to bits their solid ranks, leave no place to hide
Sow among their leading lights doubt and disbelief
Overwhelm and run them down, deal them gloom and grief

I hear fighting words, rousing poetry
Sure and spirited verse inspires steadfast loyalty
Rows, in unison lines draw near, fierce battle-cries
Wild eyes, maniacal blood does boil, sworn foes collide

For glittering gold our oneness we sold
Divided we fade as darkness awaits

One, blood, bone
One blood and one bone
