...Winter Came

The leaves of trees slowly touched the ground
Darkened clouds covered the dying sun
Snow fell down on the frozen ground
Where bodies of children lied dead

Lifeless eyes stare upon the pale hills
Where piles of frozen corpses lay
Silently I whisper her name
..And winter came

No more sign of life
Silence fell upon the lands
A grey melancholic vision
Of an endless winter
A winter that would end all life
