Patients enter to die
Emergency room

Lying on the operating table
Will have their organs ripped out
I like to cut the flesh and see the blood spurt
Killing in surgery

My sick mind drives me to cut and rip these patients
I don't know if I can stop
Desire is bigger than my reason
So I keep killing them coldly
