Clapatria

Dystopia Dawn

Clapatria

Denial, disharmony follows this reversed utopia
That craves that we serve without the tools of reality
Hypocrites and liars interfere with my concept
Prevents all human solutions in favour for dystopia

We know who we are, but you don't know us
The world makes me sick when you don't show us
Decisions are in your hands, not in mine or in the mist
The urge to be a human, the damn leaders resist

How could we ever make progress?
When a social disease has been taking over
And reverses the veins of a velvet ambition
Receives no consolation for the weak, cultivates outrages

We know who we are, but you don't know us
The world makes me sick when you don't show us
Decisions are in your hands, not in mine or in the mist
The urge to be a human, the damn leaders resist

Dystopia has reached the dawn
Far too long you have shut your eyes

Towards bleeding citizens with scars of shame
You shattered our dreams, but the beast in us you cannot tame

For too long we have lived in this land of shame
Beneath the torment we proclaimed a disgraced name

We know who we are, but you don't know us
The world makes me sick when you don't show us
Decisions are in your hands, not in mine or in the mist
Vengeance I have sought, your might I will overthrow
