E|\-\/\-\/| |\/\/-\/- |\-\/--\- |\-\/--\/

INTRO: [Play RIFF 1 AND 2, leading into first verse]

     A A
I've heard that love makes the world go 'round.
      D F#m
Well, if that's true, she must be turning real slow.
      A A
Cause these days I find more and more lonely people
D E
Everywhere I go.
            F#m E D E Esus
And they're reaching out for love, but they can never get enough.

CHORUS: A A - D E
Nobody, nobody gets too much love.
          A A - D E
Nobody, nobody gets too much love.
                     D E
          Well, it's never enough;  No, it's never too much;
          E [Play RIFF 1]
          Nobody gets too much love.

Bigger and better in the nineteen nineties
Has got so many people working their lives away.
Reaching out for the finer things,
They've found that there's a price to pay.
And there reaching out for love, but they can never get enough.

CHORUS: A A - D E
Nobody, nobody gets too much love.
          A A - D E
Nobody, nobody gets too much love.
                     D E
          Well, it's never enough;  No, it's never too much;
          E A A
          Nobody gets too much love.

BRIDGE: [strum each letter once, then hold]

  E [stop] (E) D - A E
A little bit of company, is something everybody needs.
    A D E[resume strumming]Esus
The touch of a hand, a little romance; someone who understands.

INSTRUMENTAL: Play RIFF 1 twice.

  A A
A nation of young has taken to the streets
D F#m
Looking for somewhere they can call their own.
            A A
And they're running against their will, they'll say
D E Esus
Trying to find a home.

CHORUS: A A - D E
Nobody, nobody gets too much love.
          A A - D E
Nobody, nobody gets too much love.
          A A - D E
Nobody, nobody gets too much love.
          A A - D E
Nobody, nobody gets too much love.
                     D E
          Well, it's never enough;  No, it's never too much;
          E *
          Nobody gets too much love.

OUTRO: Play RIFF 1 and RIFF 2, then end with single strum of A.

Please send any corrections directly to me.

I've tried to write out the riff as simply as possible, with \ representing
a downstrum, / representing an upstrum, and | representing the start of a
measure. It's pretty close to what's on the CD.

In the verses and chorus, each letter represents one measure of music (4
beats) unless the letters are connected by a hyphen, in which case they
share one measure (2 beats each). The tempo is moderate.
