Why speak of myself when the world is infinite
It's the stars that are paradise in my dream
Not the mundane aspect that's you or me
In the visions of my expanding mind
I give myself up to the Unknown
As consciousness bathes in the twilight

A wolf's howl breaks the silence of the shadow
Beckoning our gaze above
To where the lights dance and play
We toast to a life fulfilled
Count the constellations
And begin to offer up ourselves
For the benefit of the night
The dark waves wash ashore
Reflections of the stars
In subtle colors, where our hearts
Long and will to be
But many of us can never ride on divine winds
The current will bear us toward oblivion
And we can only watch the night unfold
As the lights give way to the sun
Rising from disregard into tomorrow's unknown
Directional course leads to neglect
Of one's surroundings
Now witness the night give way to half tones
Cast out your aversions and open your mind
Like dream's paradise the oceans unite
