All Its Grace

Lilith Soiled Our Threnodies

All Its Grace

All my fear
And all of my fury
(Though it's just the horror of her light)
For threnodies
(Though it's just the horror of her light)
All so human
(Though it's just the horror of her light)

They all fear their own light in the dark
We all fear our light in the dark

Know that it is not dangerous
To mistake children for angels
And one of the hardest things to see
Is how much can be forgiven
And if a turning hour awaited
Couldn't her light shine soothing
For thee?

Dead eyes see no more light
In a meaningful existence
With the lack of a cause to not go astray
Whatever this is, whoever is needed
And whoever this may be
Come on
Breathe in deep
Face me
Breathe out
And revive, revive

All my fear
And all of my fury
For threnodies
All so human

Lives could be spent worrying
Submission could lay down our silent songs in dirt
Oppression for comfort shall never base on us

It?s tragic that bad art?s
More beautiful than great art
For it displays human failure
But we can hardly see this from our
Bad seats in the human theater
So most attempts to ease our grief
Are buried under the soil of our lament

Were in this gallery for all to see
And for no one to understand
A background of fear and fury
But every decision we make without fear
Is a right one
We need to see the right ones
Though we are all so human
So human
And such a fiasco
So human
Such a fiasco
What a fiasco
What a fiasco
