Age of Distrust

Living In a Grave

Age of Distrust

You know what I`m talking about
`cause you´re the one who feels the same
you wake up, light a cigarette
choke a grin and again starts the game
you ask yourself: "What am I doing here?
It feels like living in a grave"
Again you lose your long lost temper
So hard to remember the times you were brave

But then - again
Believe - in friends
Who will - betray
Tomorrow - today

You`re living in a grave - in a grave
Noone`s lost- all are save
Delightful caught - in a dark wet cave

And the morality of distrust
Take your chance before you`re lost

One day you´re fed up with what
Bothers you from time to time
You take your gun shoot your head
Your temple`s dressed up by a bloody dime
You could twist in your lousy grave
When you see your so called friends arrive
It`s so silly that the deads are honored
And noone cared when you were alive
