The man awakens from a dream
Dripping with sweat
Nothings as it seems
For in the woods there lies a threat
The crow flies from the fence post
To take him beyond the trees
There are somethings better left unsaid
There are somethings you shouldn't see
For Christ's sake
They've awakened the snake
And nobody makes a sound
The light's fake
It's dark in the lake
Where the rest of them have drown
I don't think we should go
Were the words from the crow
Evil sleeps there, it's been said
Dragged below
And you'll never know
Until the water is over your head
In the lake of the dead
As they reached the waters edge
The man drew his arm
And he fired a shot to the depths
To the one that's done them wrong
The water starts to move
And the wind around them cries
A figure forms in the fog
And the crow and the snake lock eyes
